Partnership Agreement

Please review the terms below before participating in the programme.

  1. 1.Commission Structure

    Partners earn commission based on agreed percentage tiers. Commission is calculated on net revenue (excluding VAT) and applies only to completed and fully paid bookings.

  2. 2.Payment Conditions

    Commission is payable only after full client payment has been received and the service has been successfully delivered. Payments are processed within the agreed payout cycle.

  3. 3.Pricing Rules

    Partners must adhere strictly to approved pricing. Selling below the minimum approved rate is not permitted. All deals must be confirmed by the hotel before being presented as final to clients.

  4. 4.Booking Process

    All bookings must be submitted through the designated process. The hotel will confirm pricing, availability, and handle service delivery. Partners are not authorized to confirm bookings independently.

  5. 5.Cancellation Policy

    Cancelled bookings do not qualify for commission. In cases of partial refunds, commission will be adjusted based on the actual revenue retained by the hotel.

  6. 6.Confidentiality

    Partners must not disclose internal pricing structures, agreements, or operational processes to external parties.

  7. 7.Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from transactions or commissions will be reviewed and resolved by hotel management. All decisions made will be final.

  8. 8.Termination

    The hotel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partnership due to non-compliance, misconduct, or breach of agreement terms.
