Partnership Agreement
Please review the terms below before participating in the programme.
1.Commission Structure
Partners earn commission based on agreed percentage tiers. Commission is calculated on the final confirmed booking value after approved pricing adjustments, including venue, accommodation, catering, and additional services, net of applicable taxes and statutory deductions. Partners earn based on total confirmed booking value, not individual components.
2.Payment Conditions
Commission is payable only after full client payment has been received and the service has been successfully delivered. Commissions are processed within 24–48 hours after service delivery and full payment confirmation. Payments are based on the final confirmed booking value and may be subject to applicable taxes or statutory deductions.
3.Pricing Rules
Partners must adhere strictly to approved pricing. Selling below the minimum approved rate is not permitted. Where pricing is negotiated or discounted, applicable benefits and commission may be reviewed accordingly. Final pricing authority remains with the hotel.
4.Flexible Deal Structure
Packages shown are indicative value ranges designed to guide partners. Bookings can be customized by combining event spaces, accommodation, catering, duration, and additional services based on client needs. Partners can structure deals by selecting relevant components to arrive at a total booking value within or across package ranges.
5.Custom & High-Value Bookings
For large, strategic, or unique bookings, custom arrangements may be handled directly to ensure optimal pricing, delivery, and commercial alignment. Such bookings may be managed outside standard package structures.
6.Booking Process
All bookings must be submitted through the designated process and recorded in Opera after confirmation. The hotel will confirm pricing, availability, and handle service delivery. Partners are not authorized to confirm bookings independently.
7.Cancellation Policy
Cancelled bookings do not qualify for commission. In cases of refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds, commission eligibility or value may be adjusted based on the actual revenue retained by the hotel.
8.Force Majeure
The hotel will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including force majeure conditions that affect booking delivery, availability, payment, or fulfilment.
9.Confidentiality
Partners must not disclose internal pricing structures, agreements, or operational processes to external parties.
10.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions or commissions will be reviewed and resolved by hotel management. All decisions made will be final.
11.Termination
The hotel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partnership due to non-compliance, misconduct, or breach of agreement terms.
